Meet Chloe Joanna

Chloe Joanna believes everyone has the right to live a joyous and purposeful life, and that with the right tools and guidance, individuals can be guided back home to their loving selves. Combating negative beliefs, generational wounds, and personal trauma can feel daunting, and Chloe is an experienced empath and healer who feels honored to support each soul on their journey. Her background in trauma-informed therapy as a licensed clinical social worker informs her approach, allowing her to create safe and transformative Breathwork, Reiki and Intuitive Guidance sessions.

Areas of Focus

Chloe’s main focus is exploring one’s relationship with the self—specifically self-love and self-worth. She believes a fractured relationship with the self is often the root cause of many blockages in life. Therefore, it is essential to uncover deep-rooted beliefs (often formed in childhood), release trapped emotions stored in the body, clear anxiety and obsessive thoughts, and create a safe space for the body to heal. Healing is entirely possible and requires moving out of survival mode into a safe, loving, and creative state for the body, mind, and spirit to thrive.

Chloe brings both lived experience and clinical expertise to help people heal anxiety, obsessive thinking, childhood trauma, strained parental relationships, imbalances in feminine and masculine energy, and substance or behavioral addiction.

Lived Healing Experience

Raised in a chaotic, emotionally neglectful home, Chloe Joanna internalized a belief that she was “bad,” from about the age of 5. She became a people-pleaser, and spent decades struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction, poor boundaries, shame, and insecure attachments.

At 31 she chose sobriety, which launched her healing. Through a personalized holistic approach she moved out of survival into joy, groundedness, secure relationships, creative expression, and reduced anxiety. Now awakened to her purpose, Chloe combines lived experience and clinical training to help others heal and reclaim their authentic lives.

Credentials

Chloe completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at Amherst College in Amherst, MA, where she focused her studies on schemas and cognitive development. She went on to complete her master’s in social work at Columbia University in New York, NY, where her primary focus was severe mental illness and first psychotic breaks. Chloe has over 10 years’ experience working as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in both hospital settings and private practice, with a specialty in trauma and somatic work.

In the past three years, Chloe has followed her intuition to step into a larger role as a healer in a more authentic and freeing way. She completed breathwork training with David Elliott and Reiki Levels I & II with Erika Spring of Maha Rose.
